The online store at www.burelfactory.live is governed by the terms and conditions set forth herein, which the Customer agrees to comply with, and Burel Factory may, at any time, modify them in whole or in part.

PRICES AND PRODUCTS

All products on display are handmade by Burel Factory or its partners. As such, we cannot guarantee that they will always be exactly the same as depicted in the image. Much of the charm and value of these products comes from the fact that the handwork is unrepeatable and unique, as well as the quality of the materials we use.

The prices shown are in euros and include VAT at the legal rate in force at the time of purchase, to which the respective shipping costs will be added.

Prices and specifications of products presented on this website may be changed by Burel Factory without prior notice.

ORDERING PROCESS

To place an order, the Customer must follow the usual online shopping process: use the buttons next to each item to select color, quantity and/or size, and check out to finalize the order, according to the instructions.

DELIVERY

Many of the products available are made to order, meaning there may not be pre-existing stock and the product will be produced specifically for the Customer. As such, delivery is not immediate and the average delivery time is shown next to each item. If the fabric is out of stock, the delivery time may be extended by approximately 2 to 3 weeks. In this event, Burel Factory undertakes to notify the customer in a timely manner.

For products that are in stock, it is limited to a certain number of units. Replenishment depends on production and may not be immediate.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, weight, dimensions, and total volume of the order and will always be calculated before the order is finalized.

Shipments are made via DHL, and delivery time varies depending on the destination country.

If the Customer resides outside the European Union, please note that customs services in your country may charge additional customs fees. These fees are not the responsibility of Burel Factory and vary by country.

PAYMENT METHOD

The Customer may pay for their order using Visa, MasterCard, and American Express quickly, securely, and without sharing any financial information with the Burel Factory website.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

The customer must inform us that they wish to return the product within 45 days of the date of receipt, by sending an email to shop@burelfactory.live.

The product must be returned to the address provided in the same condition in which you received it. The product must be accompanied by the corresponding invoice.

All shipping costs associated with the return are borne by the customer.

Once the product is returned, the customer must notify us by sending an email to info@burelfactory.live and provide the shipping details (tracking number and name of the shipping company).

If the order arrives in the same condition as when it was sent, and the customer does not wish to exchange it for another item, the refund process will be initiated.

The customer will be asked to provide their bank details (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT). Refunds are made solely and exclusively via bank transfer.

Once the transfer is made, proof of transfer will be sent to the customer.

Notes:

Defective Product:

  • Customers are requested to send a photo of the product's condition upon arrival to info@burelfactory.live.
  • Burel Factory will produce and ship a new one.
  • Burel Factory assumes responsibility for shipping costs.

Exchange:

  • A new product will only be produced/shipped after payment of costs (shipping/product).
  • The customer assumes responsibility for all shipping costs.
